De & Gail
Our story began long before we opened our doors in 1985. Before starting our own business, De began his locksmith career in 1980 working for his father-in-law Herman Cevering at A-1 Key Service, where he learned the trade, developed his skills, and discovered a passion for helping people protect what matters most.
With years of experience and a shared dream, De and Gail founded our family-owned locksmith business in 1985. Together, they built the company on a simple promise: provide honest, dependable locksmith services while treating every customer with respect, integrity, and genuine care.
Over the past four decades, that promise has earned the trust of generations of homeowners, businesses, and motorists throughout Northern Utah. As a Certified Master Locksmith, De built a reputation for expert craftsmanship and professionalism, while Gails's dedication and commitment to customer service helped the business grown into the trusted company it is today.
Although De has recently retired, Gail continues to serve our customers, and the next generations of our family proud to carry on the legacy they created. Every member of our team is committed to the same values that have guided our business from the very beginning- quality workmanship, fair pricing, honesty, and treating every customer like family.

Madalyn & Nate
Madalyn is the daughter of founders De and Gail and proudly represents the second generation of our family-owned locksmith business. As both Office Manager and Locksmith, she plays an essential role in ensuring every customer receives the friendly, dependable service our company has been known for since 1985.Whether she's helping customers schedule services, answering questions, coordinating technicians, or assisting with locksmith work, Madalyn is dedicated to making every experience smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge of the locksmith industry allows to provide accurate information and helpful solutions, ensuring customers feel confident from their first phone call to the completion of their services. Growing up in the family business, Madalyn learned the importance of honesty, hard work, and treating every customer with respect. She continues to uphold the values her parents established by providing exceptional customer service and supporting the team both in the office and in the field.
Nate has been a professional locksmith since 2000 and brings over two decades of hands-on experience to our team. As our Automotive specialist and registered locksmith, he is highly skilled in all aspects of vehicle key and lock services, including car key replacement, key fob programming, transponder keys, ignition repair and emergency lockouts. With more than 20years in the industry, Nate has worked on a wide range of makes and models. His deep knowledge and problem-solving ability allow him to diagnose issues and provide reliable, efficient solutions for customers. Nate takes pride in delivering honest high-quality service and treating every customer with respect and professionalism. He is also highly skilled at residential and commercial services as well.
Devin
Devin has been a team member since 2023 providing dependable locksmith services with a strong focus on customer care and quality workmanship. He specializes in automotive, residential services, helping customers with everything from key duplication and lockouts to key programming and rekeying. Whether he's programming a new key, rekeying a home or assisting with an emergency lockout, Devin is committed to doing the job right the first time. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and growing expertise have made him a valued member of our team and someone customers can trust.
Daren
Daren is the son of founders De and Gail and has been a part of the family locksmith business for many years. While he works with us on a part-time basis, he brings specialized knowledge and experience as our Safe Specialist. As a second-generation member of the family business, Daren takes pride in continuing the values his parents established when they founded the company in 1985. Although his role is part-time Daren's expertise in safe service is an important part of what makes our team unique.
Grahm
Grahm joined our team in 2025, continuing a tradition of serving our community with honesty, professionalism, and dependable service. As the youngest son of Nate & Madalyn, he represents the newest generation carrying forward the values that our family business has built on since 1985. He is continually expanding his knowledge and skills in automotive, residential and commercial services. From key duplication and rekeying to vehicle key programming, he is committed to learning the latest techniques and providing customers with reliable, high-quality service.
