Gail & De
Our family is proud to be your trusted locksmith in Ogden, Utah – serving Davis County, Weber County and surrounding areas.
De and Gail opened their first store in April of 1984. As the business evolved, our store changed locations a few times, but it has always been on Washington Boulevard.
We are a family owned and operated lock shop. The whole family can be seen at the store sometimes – including the grandchildren!
Our Story
De discovered his love for locksmithing while working for his father-in-law, Herman Cevering, at A-1 Key Service. De eventually decided to open his own store with the help of his wife, Gail. Gail thought she would just help him get it started then go back to doing hair. After 39 years, she is still helping him run the business.
Daren
Team Member Security Specialties
Daren, De & Nate
We all work together to serve our customers in their various needs. We stay up to date on the latest technology with annual training. However, each team member has his specialties.
De and Daren specialize in safes and safety deposit boxes.
Nate is our amazing automotive tech. He is a Registered Locksmith (RL) and underwent multiple tests to achieve that title.
De is a Certified Master Locksmith (CML) who took many tests to accomplish that title. He is also GSA approved for Government locksmithing.
Madalyn & Nate
All other technicians in our store are trained hands on by De and Nate.
